Yes, Beef freezes well and there is even some research to suggest that freezing and defrosting beef can make it upto 10% more tender.
For those items in cryovac it is recommended to rinse the meat in cool water after taking out of the packaging and pat dry with paper towel.
Beef packaged in cryovac (vacumn sealed) often looks a little darker in colour than beef you might buy from the cabinet at your local butcher. This is due to the vacuum sealed packaging removing all oxygen from around the beef. This helps to extend the shelf life and keep your beef fresher. Once the packaging is opened and you let the meat breathe on your counter prior to cooking it will return to a brighter shade of red due to availability of oxygen.

Subscriptions are quarterly in nature however if you would like more regular order please get in touch to discuss and we will arrange this for you.

No, they are 100% grass fed.
Our cattle eat only fresh pasture (grass), in winter we supplement with hay and silage which is grass we bail in the spring off our own farm to keep them well fed during the cooler months when the grass doesn't grow as fast.
